OCNA, or the Old Catonsville Neighborhood Association, is a non-profit group within Catonsville, Maryland. It is bounded by Edmondson Avenue, Frederick Avenue, Beaumont Avenue, and the Trolly Trail.

Additional information on the OCNA email list: OCNA maintains an email list for neighborhood communication. There are currently well over 130 subscribers to this list. Its address is OCNA@lists.umbc.edu, but only subscribers (i.e. members who have signed up through the list owner/manager, Larry Wilt, to be part of the list) may send messages to the list; messages sent by non-subscribers will not reach the subscribers. Subscribers to the list are annonymous, except to the list owner/manager. That is, neither outsiders nor other list members can learn who is a member of the list unless a member sends a message to the list, in which case that member's email address is revealed as the sender. If a member of the list wants to send a message to the list anonymously, or if a non-member wants to communicate with the list, please contact the list owner/manager.
