OCNA Annual Meeting

November 2, 2006

 

Attendance:  About 25 people signed in.

The meeting was called to order at 6:45.

Kirby Spencer welcomed new members.

The minutes from the 9/11/06 OCNA Board Meeting were reviewed and accepted.

Robert Croom presented the treasurer’s report, which was accepted.

 

Slate of officers was presented; Kelby Draper offered to take vice president position.  Amended slate    voted in:

News:        -Saturday, November 11-  PTA planting trees at Hillcrest; community invited to assist

                        -Wednesday, November 29- Town Hall meeting in Towson on greening of our community.                                            Contact Joan Plisko for information.

 

Guest speakers- Rob Brennan and Carri Harlan of Brennan + Company Architects gave an interesting and

                  informative talk on A Healthy and Sustainable Community.  Several suggestions came out of            their presentation followed by discussion.  An environmental committee may be formed for    our community association.
