Meeting Dates:
There continues to be some confusion over meeting dates. Originally they were set for
the first Thursday of every other month, then changed to
the first Monday (except for the July meeting when it is the second Monday
because of the 4th).
Clean Up Day went very
well. Joan reported that in spite of slow
start, traffic was steady. The extra
dumpster ended up being needed- we would have had to turn
people away if it were not there. It was
very organized. Joan gave Robert all the
money collected- dues and donations.
The Yard Sale was rained out on April 22. It was decided to try again on May 20th. Kirby will get out a
flyer. One purchased
sign disappeared- we will put up the one that is left. Kirby will put another notice in the paper.
about concerns we might have. It was decided that we are not a political body. We could host a candidates night later.
monthly meetings, to hear our concerns and give a report on
area. She will contact him to see if he
can come to the July meeting.
Kirby is getting the Annual meeting date arranged; she
is in contact with library. The Picnic
date will be
set after we find out the date of Wyndcrest Avenue Party (so
that we don’t interfere with that).
Kirby will pass on to
as Chamber Director, regarding issues in the village.
