Short Description of Collection
This collection, compiled and collected by Ernest Kempe, includes a series of scrapbook pages from twenty binders and a ledger with clippings pasted over the original writing. It contains newspaper clippings of articles, broadsides, postcards, negatives and photos dealing with Baltimore, Maryland, from 1865-1953. Clippings cover various streets, buildings and notable residents of Baltimore. The ledger also includes handwritten original poetry.Collection is arranged in two series: Scrapbook Pages and the Ledger.
