Copy CourseOnce readings are entered into UCORES, they do not have to be reentered when you use them again. From the Show courses screen, you may select Copy course.
This gives you two options:
A. Copy readings from the selected course to another existing course.
B. Copy readings from the selected course to a new course.
A. Copy Readings to an Existing Course
- To copy readings from the selected course to another existing course, select which existing course you wish to copy to from the list presented on the right-hand side of the upper screen.
- Select the readings you wish to copy.
- When all readings have been selected, click on the Copy these reserves button at the bottom of the screen.
B. Copy Readings to a New Course
- To copy readings from the selected course to a new course, build the new course by filling in the descriptive information about the new course on the left-hand side of the upper screen.
- Select the readings you wish to copy.
- When all readings have been selected, click on the Copy these reserves button at the bottom of the screen.
C. General Information About Copy Course
- You do not have to print a Reserve Ticket for any reading.
- For Electronic Reserves, you do not have to bring the photocopy of the reading to the library for scanning. The scanned reading from our archieves will be used.
- For Hardcopy (paper) Reserves, please do bring the reading to the Circulation Desk in the library.
