Wireless Networking in the AOK Library & Gallery

Connecting to the Wireless Network
UMBC now has two wireless networks:- UMBC Campus - for anyone with a myUMBC account; use myUMBC login name and password to authenticate
- UMBC Visitor - for anyone without a myUMBC account needing wireless access (recommended for WiFi devices such as iPhone, iTouch, etc.)
Wireless Printing from Laptops in the Library
Printing is available from laptop computers now with the installation of the Library Wireless package. Currently only 32-bit and 64-bit Windows operating systems are supported, including Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7. Apple/Macintosh notebooks are not supported.
