If presenters need to use Macintosh/Apple equipment, please insure that someone can provide the equipment/resources to be used at least one hour before the presentation is to occur to minimize compatibility issues involved
Be Advised: As of March 5, 2008, all events planned will be subject to a rate increase. Any events booked before March 5 maintain the old pricing scheme.
We kindly ask that you:
- check the online calendar for room reservations before requesting any equipment.
- give at least two business days notice.
