Alternate access to S: drive
For machines with no AFS error message and no S: drive listed
- Select Start Menu > Programs > WinSCP3 > WinSCP
- Enter the following on the WinSCP Login screen:
- Host name = gl.umbc.edu
- Username = your UMBC username
- Password = your UMBC password
- Click 'Login'
- Click 'Yes' on the Warning message
- Right pane of the next screen is your S: drive. You can drag/drop documents from your S: drive to 'My Documents' in the left pane (you can also drag/drop documents from 'My Documents' in the left pane to your S: drive in the right pane)
