5:00 p.m. Wine & soft drinks, Library Rotunda, provided by the Libby Kuhn Endowment

5:20 p.m. Remarks by Tom Beck and Xerxes Mehta on the mini exhibition

6:00 p.m. Dinner, 7^th floor

8:00 p.m. “Silence, Cunning, Exile” performed in the UMBC Theatre

Crusted tilapia filet with Boneless breast lightly stuffed with porcini and morels in

coconut, almonds and breaded with prosciutto in light plum tomato sauce

Cuban seasonings & eggplant topped with

light tomato sauce

Entrees are preceded by an Arugula with roasted pepper vinaigrette dressing, basmati rice and asparagus spears accompanied by fresh rolls and butter. Dessert will be German Chocolate Cake.
